- Demonstrates the ability to accurately interpret Federal and State laws, along with banking regulations, to uphold overall compliance.

- Maintains an up-to-date understanding of all Minnesota Bankers Association products and services, providing referrals to relevant departments as necessary.

- Supports branch operations to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives, actively promoting exceptional service through personal interactions and effective management of staff performance.

- Ensures adherence to policies and procedures to safeguard the bank's integrity and stability.

- Provides leadership and guidance to all branch personnel, ensuring performance targets are met by cultivating a cohesive and integrated team environment.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 10 years in lending, with prior supervisory experience is required.
