  • Cost Estimation: Analyze project plans and specifications to create precise and competitive bid proposals.
  • Procurement Management: Oversee the procurement process for subcontractors, labor, and materials, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Microsoft Project, ensuring that all milestones are achieved punctually.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
  • Construction Oversight:
  1. Supervise the complete construction process from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
  2. Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
  3. Conduct frequent site inspections to assess progress and quality, addressing any emerging issues.
  4. Facilitate communication and coordination among all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project alignment and success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing commercial construction projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple construction projects concurrently from inception to completion.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Procore, and other relevant software.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to make informed decisions swiftly.
