- Document Management: Ensure project documents are complete and accurate.
- Dispute Resolution: Identify potential disputes and claims, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, reviewing team deliverables before presenting to clients.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Proactively address issues and provide solutions in the best interest of Pirtle.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in construction projects.
- Knowledge and Skills: Thorough knowledge of legal issues and safety standards. Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Primavera, and construction management software.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take decisive action.
- Leadership and Communication: Team leader with excellent communication skills. Experience leading projects from start to finish, with contracts over $10 million.
