**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef De Partie to join our team at Compass Group Ireland. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and efficient food production.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Culinary Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Culinary Skills: Proficiency in classical cooking techniques, including sauce making, roasting, and grilling.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
