Culinary Specialist - Tralee

As a Culinary Specialist, your role will involve crafting and serving meals that enhance the dining experience for our clients and customers. You will collaborate with a committed team to uphold exceptional food standards while managing kitchen operations. This is a full-time role, requiring 39 hours of work each week.

Key Duties:

  • Collaborating with the team to create appetizing, high-quality dishes that satisfy our clients and customers
  • Adhering to recipes to develop innovative menu ideas
  • Assisting the Kitchen Manager with menu updates
  • Supervising kitchen sanitation tasks to ensure cleanliness
  • Following Food Safety, Hygiene, and Health regulations

About You:

  • Minimum of 1 year of culinary experience or in a related field
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
  • Passion for exceptional food and customer service
  • Culinary qualification preferred
  • Food Hygiene Certification (not mandatory)
