Overview

Maintain back-office tasks, including payroll and scheduling on a daily basis. As a customer-focused organization, a crucial part of each employee's job is to engage with and retain guests.

Responsibilities
  • Knowledgeable of all aspects of the Ski and Snowboard School.
  • Answer incoming calls, take messages, and respond to questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform secretarial duties as required, including data entry, filing, and completing forms.
  • Issue uniforms and lockers to instructors.
  • Assist Snowsports managers and supervisors in daily operations.
  • Cover back-office administrative duties in the Business Manager's absence.
  • Approve and close daily instructor payroll.
  • Contribute to team efforts by participating in job sharing, assuming responsibility for resort cleanliness, participating in daily safety and service meetings, accepting diverse assignments, and maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor in all internal and external interactions.
Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to fulfill each essential duty satisfactorily.

Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
  • Related experience and/or training of one to three months is also acceptable.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.
Additional Requirements
  • The candidate must be at least 18 years old.
  • A background screening is necessary.
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
