Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement human resources strategies that align with regional and corporate objectives
  • Lead key organizational initiatives, including performance management, team member experience, and leadership development
  • Provide HR expertise and guidance to regional leaders and community management teams
  • Collaborate with regional teams to develop HR strategies that guide leaders to take action and communicate outcomes
  • Partner with Regional Leadership to develop a response strategy when a community experiences pervasive, ongoing or urgent team member relations events
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Seven (7) to ten (10) years of progressive experience in Human Resources with at least 3-5 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role
  • Management and/or Operations experience
  • Experience in leading projects preferred
  • Proven ability to lead strategic HR initiatives across a diverse workforce
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing complex employee relations issues
  • Ability to interpret Human Resources (HR) analytics to drive business results
