About the Role

Cvent is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to support the Recruiting and Learning & Development (LDX) teams. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in managing all aspects of the recruitment process, from interview scheduling to candidate communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendar operations and meeting coordination for the Recruiting team.
  • Partner with Recruiters and Sourcers to drive coordination and manage interview processes administratively end-to-end.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Support the planning and execution of existing corporate learning programs and initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support for the Learning Management System (LMS), including attendance tracking, course distribution, and maintenance.
  • Manage team inboxes and respond to general inquiries and triage requests from the business to appropriate team members.
  • Support company-wide compliance training logistics, including enrollment, auditing, and reporting.
Requirements
  • U.S. Military experience as an E4 or above (Navy, Air Force, Army, Marines, Coast Guard, Space Force).
  • Command approval to participate in this internship.
  • High school diploma or state-recognized GED required; Associates (or higher) Degree is highly preferred but not required.
  • Mid-level skills in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite, and other standard office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to deal with ambiguity, and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (spoken and written).
  • Possess a passion for collaboration, an attention to detail, and a desire for growth.
