Job Overview

Cadre is seeking a highly skilled Mission Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing direct support to our clients, driving complex worldwide operations to develop actionable intelligence against high-priority threats to US national security.

As a Mission Manager, you will develop specialized expertise to identify, analyze, and facilitate the penetration and disruption of international organizations and networks posing threats. You will also develop expertise in our client's functional missions, including threats, proliferation, narcotics, or counterintelligence and regional expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tactical collection strategies to accomplish client objectives
  • Leverage operationalized intelligence to drive mission execution
  • Build and maintain relationships with international partners and stakeholders
  • Provide expert analysis and recommendations to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and trends in the intelligence community

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the Intelligence Community
  • Knowledge of various collection platforms used to close intelligence gaps and accomplish strategic, operational, and tactical objectives
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • BA or BS degree
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and equivalent IC software tools
  • Knowledge of all-source intelligence, SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, or HUMINT collection or analysis
  • Knowledge of counter threats, counterintelligence, counter proliferation, or regional affairs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with law enforcement, military, or US government intelligence components
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph
