Currently, ManTech is in search of a dedicated, career-focused leader to support a significant U.S. Government initiative. This role is essential for the success of mission-critical operations and requires specialized technical knowledge in agile methodologies, particularly the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). This methodology will be employed to synchronize Agile teams and deliver capabilities, ensuring effective prioritization of tasks and successful outcomes. Experience with SAFe implementation is crucial for modernizing and enhancing the capabilities within the designated portfolio.

The Information System Security Officer (ISSO) team is tasked with maintaining the Authority to Operate (ATO) for various applications and systems. As a Senior Information System Security Officer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the security and compliance of these systems. Familiarity with the Agile ATO process and experience with RiskVision, Xacta, and JCAM are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of major information security networks and compile detailed evaluation reports.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders based on evaluation outcomes.
  • Perform trade-off analyses of products to identify optimal information security solutions for clients.
  • Offer consulting services on a wide range of information assurance topics.
  • Develop remedial strategies and oversee the resolution of information security deficiencies.
  • Operate independently in an expert capacity at client sites.
  • Ensure adherence to the Agile ATO process.
  • Utilize RiskVision, Xacta, and JCAM for effective information security management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7-9 years of relevant experience in information security.
  • Strong proficiency in evaluating information security networks and generating evaluation reports.
  • Experience in presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of trade-off analyses for selecting information security products.
  • Consulting experience in information assurance.
  • Familiarity with the Agile ATO process.
  • Proficiency in RiskVision, Xacta, and JCAM.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must possess a current/active Top Secret clearance.
