Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at ITR Concession Co LLC. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project details and activities with multiple stakeholders, including departmental subject matter experts and project managers.
  • Ensure consistency of inter-departmental communications and forward-facing customer communication coordination.
  • Perform administrative duties and processes to support project managers, including scheduling meetings and keeping minutes.
  • Participate in coordinating multiple projects of varied sizes, breaking down projects into manageable tasks, and estimating duration.
  • Assist with planning, from start to finish of the project, and may be the dedicated planner/scheduler for some projects.
  • Optimize resource allocation among different projects and assist the Director in creating, updating, and maintaining the PMO Artifact Library.
  • Prepare and distribute project materials, implement policies and procedures, and track expenses and work on budget forecasts.
  • Report on team and project performance, as well as projects' compliance with PMO guidelines, templates, and procedures.
  • Collaborate on stakeholder presentations and foster positive relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Assist in maintaining the Project Risk Database and Lessons learned Database.
Requirements:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in project development and oversight.
  • Project management certifications.
  • Knowledge of project management, flowcharts, technical documentation, etc.
  • Knowledge of both waterfall and agile project delivery methods preferred.
  • MS Project tool knowledge preferred.
  • MS Visio Knowledge preferred.
  • Technical proficiency with industry software and project management software.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, management, and communication skills.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License.
Working Conditions:

This position requires frequent standing, walking, and sitting, as well as frequent talking and hearing. Light physical effort is required, and heavy computer usage is expected. Travel time may be up to 20%.

This position is based in Elkhart, IN, and relocation to the area is required.
