ASRC Federal is in search of a motivated Business Management Analyst with an active Secret clearance to provide support for a government contract.

Position Overview:

The Business Management Analyst will deliver essential business management and program enhancement services to fulfill the objectives and requirements of the Department of Justice, specifically for the United States National Central Bureau of INTERPOL (USNCB). This role requires a hybrid work arrangement with regular onsite attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and document existing administrative workflows and procedures.
  • Analyze administrative programs, policies, and practices to pinpoint deficiencies.
  • Generate reports that encompass project timelines, current status, findings, and suggestions for process or program enhancement.
  • Prepare and/or finalize documents (such as reports, spreadsheets, etc.) to address data inquiries or general information requests.
  • Establish and utilize metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of implemented business processes and procedures.
  • Develop and/or apply project management tools and technologies to monitor administrative activities.
  • Assist in testing and implementing suitable technologies to improve administrative workflows and procedures.
  • Organize, participate in, and document meetings.
  • Submit weekly timesheets and activity reports to the designated government lead.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess an active Secret Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in executive support or general administrative roles.
  • Strong writing and computer skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and a working knowledge of Access and Publisher is required.
  • Expertise in creating Adobe forms that incorporate numerical calculations, dropdown menus, numbering sequences, and table formatting is necessary.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a government background investigation.
