Job Summary

Harvis, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our client's organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and carrier personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
    • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Policy Administration
    • Process new and renewal business, including applications, endorsements, and audits
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of client information and policy details
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, carrier personnel, and internal stakeholders
    • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills
    • Manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines and achieve goals
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in insurance customer service or a related field
    • Property & Casualty Insurance license preferred
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficient in computer programs and software
