Insurance Customer Service Representative

Harvis, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our client's organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and carrier personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Policy Administration
- Process new and renewal business, including applications, endorsements, and audits
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of client information and policy details
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, carrier personnel, and internal stakeholders
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Organizational and Time Management Skills
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Education and Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in insurance customer service or a related field
- Property & Casualty Insurance license preferred
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in computer programs and software
