Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with Spanish-speaking customers, providing prompt and accurate service as needed.
- Insurance Expertise: Utilize a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options, including responding to inquiries regarding availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to insurance agents, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Bilingual Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service, preferably in a sales or administrative role.
- Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, either outside or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing, is preferred.
- Licensing: Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License.
