We are currently seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Strategist. This role can be performed remotely within the U.S., provided you are located near a major airport.

Role Summary:

The Senior Brand Marketing Strategist is a data-driven, results-focused advocate for our brand. This individual will play a crucial role in the formulation of comprehensive strategies and campaigns that align with our overarching brand objectives. You will provide essential guidance and resources for brand identity systems and ensure compliance across various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated brand marketing strategies and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage planning, budget oversight, media placement, and performance reporting.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging brand content across social media, digital platforms, and other creative channels.
  • Maintain brand integrity and governance by training staff and evolving brand identity systems to ensure a cohesive market presence.
  • Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing activities, including content calendars and original campaigns.
  • Support the achievement of organizational goals and key performance indicators through effective reporting and optimization strategies.
  • Foster strong partnerships and collaboration with internal stakeholders, agencies, and sales teams to ensure successful market implementation.
  • Develop operational resources and provide training to ensure adherence to brand standards.
  • Assist in the evolution of brand and visual identity in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including paid advertising strategies, to enhance brand value in the marketplace.
  • Utilize data and insights from various sources to identify opportunities and optimize marketing communications.
  • Deliver performance reports and actionable insights in collaboration with analysts and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage project budgets effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Two to six years of demonstrated experience in brand marketing.
  • Proven ability to lead integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Experience collaborating with various vendors and partners.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Creative, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred experience in brand architecture, campaigns, and governance.
  • Ability to present to diverse professional audiences.
  • Problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
