As a Care Partner, you will deliver personalized assistance to our elderly residents, adhering to their unique care plans in a supportive environment. Your Responsibilities as a Care Partner:

  • Support residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, while adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Encourage independence and provide emotional support through compassionate care and companionship.
  • Facilitate participation in engaging life enrichment activities.
  • Foster open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and team members.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with seniors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in caregiving.
  • Experience in Memory Care is advantageous.
  • Current caregiver certification as required by state regulations, or willingness to obtain.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification or the ability to acquire.
  • Previous experience in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Senior Living is beneficial.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
