Your Responsibilities:

The Technical Customer Trainer plays a crucial role in the organization, preparation, and delivery of training programs at our Miltenyi Innovation and Technology Centers (MITC). Collaborating with senior team members, you will support marketing initiatives and the introduction of new products.

Key Duties Include:
  • Implementing adult learning principles to conduct high-quality training sessions that align with company objectives.
  • Evaluating new and revised training materials, providing constructive feedback to instructional designers and subject matter experts.
  • Participating in specialized training to enhance your expertise in Miltenyi Biotec technologies and contemporary training methodologies.
  • Enhancing the training experience for customers through technical consultations.
  • Fostering customer success and brand loyalty through strategic engagement before and after training sessions.
  • Generating sales and marketing opportunities by showcasing MACS solutions during training events.
  • Maintaining accurate records of training sessions, participant feedback, and course outcomes.
  • Assisting as a co-trainer and providing preparation support as necessary.
  • Contributing to global training initiatives, departmental meetings, and workshops.
  • Ensuring the upkeep of training laboratory equipment and supplies.
  • Coordinating logistics for trainees and training sessions.
Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree or higher in Immunology, Stem Cell Biology, Cancer Research, or a related scientific discipline, along with 2-4 years of laboratory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in training technical concepts and laboratory procedures.
  • Familiarity with flow cytometry techniques and GMP-compliant cell processing.
Skills Required:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Solid understanding of technical concepts and the capacity to quickly learn complex technologies.
  • Proficient in using computers with Windows OS, Outlook, and basic MS Office applications.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in designing technical training content using various instructional methods, including classroom training, e-learning, and simulations.
Physical Requirements:

This position requires the ability to perform essential job functions, including walking, using hands for various tasks, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds. The role may involve travel to customer sites, necessitating a valid driver's license and insurance.

Work Environment:

The job is primarily conducted in a controlled office environment, with occasional visits to various facilities. The role may involve exposure to natural elements during travel.
