Position Overview

We are currently looking for an Aviation Ground Training Specialist who possesses a valid FAA Ground Instructor License and an Instrument Ground Instructor License, along with a Certified Flight Instructor License, including Instrument Rating and Multi-Engine Instructor License.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ground school sessions for aspiring pilots, ensuring they grasp essential flight safety protocols and fundamental aviation principles.
  • Deliver comprehensive instruction on various topics, including flight conditions, cockpit instruments, take-off and landing procedures, and aircraft system checks.
  • Assist in the development of training curricula and innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student learning experiences.
  • Evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and tracking progress throughout their training journey.
  • Instruct students on critical subjects such as aircraft systems, operational procedures, emergency handling, navigation, radio communication, and aerodynamics.
Qualifications

Applicants should have a minimum of 10 months of experience as a ground instructor, with a proven track record of effectively teaching aviation concepts to students.
