7. Provides guidance on employee relations issues, including counseling and exit interviews.

Qualifications:

- Proficient in HRIS and analytical tools
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with 3-5 years of HR experience, or 7 years of relevant experience
- PHR certification is a plus
- Prior payroll experience is desirable
