Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Flowers Baking Co. Henderson. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, assign, and supervise the work of maintenance personnel to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintenance of equipment.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with maintenance personnel to identify and resolve equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.
  • Monitor and control maintenance budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role, preferably in a supervisory or management position.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading maintenance teams and improving equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with maintenance personnel, management, and other stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Experience with SAP or other maintenance management software.
  • Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and networking devices.
