About the Role

As a Field Services Team member, you'll collaborate with customers to provide guidance, knowledge, and support on technology-related matters. You'll have the opportunity to learn from our management team, peers, and colleagues, and contribute to a comprehensive team that includes projects, remote services, and sales. Your role will involve working directly with clients, providing information, guidance, and potential solutions to help them make informed decisions. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and will represent Varsity Technologies at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on a wide range of desktop OSes, networks, and cloud applications.
  • Work collaboratively with customers to resolve technical issues and provide solutions.
  • Document all interactions and support provided using our CRM/ticketing system.
  • Deliver support to customers across different mediums, including in-person and remote interactions.
  • Provision new users and workstations as needed.
