Regional Manager of Operations

The Regional Manager of Operations plays a critical role in overseeing the clinical business operations aspects of our multi-site care centers. This position requires strategic and operational leadership to drive business growth and improve patient and provider experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operating budgets for each care center, ensuring efficient resource allocation and effective cost management.
  • Liaise with cross-functional departments to streamline operations and enhance patient care.
  • Lead staff meetings, oversee recruitment and performance management, and ensure adequate training for staff.
  • Monitor staffing levels and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including HIPAA, OSHA, and ADA.
  • Promote individual growth and team building, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Oversee physician and staff schedules, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with specialists to implement top-down strategies, such as MIPS/MACRA performance and reporting.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual performance reports, analyzing data and presenting recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor EHR utilization and optimization, ensuring effective patient encounters and data management.
  • Develop and implement patient outreach best practices, reducing no-shows and ensuring prompt rescheduling and follow-up.
  • Evaluate patient satisfaction ratings and implement strategies to enhance the patient experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline preferred.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in a leadership role, with multi-site experience highly desirable.
  • Ability to direct, manage, implement, and evaluate operations activities.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to establish operational goals and objectives.
  • Understanding of regulatory standards, including HIPAA, ADA, and OSHA.
  • Proficiency with Practice Management Systems and Electronic Health Records software.
  • Knowledge of insurance regulatory issues, billing, and coding practices.
