Job Overview:
As a vital member of the clinical laboratory team, the Laboratory Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of laboratory services. This position is designed for individuals who are committed to delivering high-quality laboratory testing and support in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct laboratory tests across various disciplines including hematology, urinalysis, clinical microscopy, diagnostic immunology, chemistry, microbiology, and molecular diagnostics.
  • Utilize advanced laboratory equipment and technology to perform accurate and timely testing, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to safety protocols and quality control measures.
  • Exercise independent judgment in troubleshooting technical issues and communicating effectively with healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Participate in the training and development of laboratory staff, fostering a collaborative and educational atmosphere.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field.
  • Current licensure as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist in California.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in a high-complexity laboratory setting.
  • Proficiency with laboratory instrumentation and information systems.

Work Environment:
