About the Role:

The Sr. Analyst position is integral to our Talent Partnerships Team, which is dedicated to ensuring our field partners are fully staffed with stable teams. We achieve this by making strategic investments in diverse talent pools. Our approach includes:

  • Establishing long-term candidate sourcing pipelines in collaboration with our partners.
  • Exploring new avenues for clinical talent, including partnerships with educational institutions and international recruitment agencies.
  • Designing attractive offers, internship experiences, and first-year programming.

Key Responsibilities:

The following responsibilities reflect the expectations for this position but are not exhaustive:

Vendor Management:
  • Independently manage vendor relationships, resolving minor conflicts and communicating any necessary adjustments to program scope.
  • Ensure vendors meet contracted deliverables and escalate issues to senior management as needed.
Program Support:
  • Collaborate effectively with vendors and internal teams to implement new programs for Operations and Talent Acquisition partners.
  • Navigate the complexities of supporting new initiatives alongside existing programs.
  • Define success metrics and create dashboards to track progress against program objectives.
  • Identify priorities and determine actionable next steps for execution.
  • Utilize analytical insights to enhance program performance.
Data Analysis:
  • Employ a hypothesis-driven approach to pinpoint, validate, and quantify opportunities.
  • Conduct analyses to evaluate impacts on business metrics and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Present findings in a cohesive narrative, summarizing insights and outlining next steps.
  • Exhibit strong critical thinking abilities.
Relationship Management:
  • Engage with colleagues across the organization and vendors at all levels, including clinic staff.
  • Informally mentor peers on work products and areas for development.
  • Constructively challenge others during decision-making processes and manage feedback effectively.
Communication:
  • Create program materials, such as presentations and job aids, with minimal oversight.
  • Confidently present to program leaders and partners in a clear and concise manner.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Proficient in Excel, capable of developing analytical models to support business decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing external relationships or programs.
  • Experience in training or coaching junior team members.
Interview Process: The selection process will include an initial phone screen, behavioral interview, analytical assessment, and a case study.
