Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst in Strategy & Analytics will be an integral member of DaVita's Payor Partnerships team, a prominent analytical group responsible for managing and expanding our substantial portfolio of commercial health plan revenue. This position will support both fee-for-service and value-based care contracting initiatives, offering significant interaction with senior leadership across various functions, thereby providing excellent visibility and opportunities for professional growth.

The key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
  • Developing intricate financial models in Excel to assess the financial implications of contract negotiations
  • Facilitating value-based contracting initiatives through the creation of pitch decks, support during deal execution, industry research, and other strategic projects
  • Constructing and delivering comprehensive strategy presentations to aid executive decision-making
  • Generating reports to evaluate portfolio performance and trends
  • Utilizing Tableau to create reporting dashboards and perform ad-hoc analyses
  • Overseeing a portfolio of high-visibility projects with stringent deadlines and cross-functional collaboration
  • Collaborating with managers to support the development of junior analysts
  • Effectively communicating insights to various levels of management
  • Acting as a strategic advisor to leadership within and outside the Payor Partnerships division
Compensation
$68,000 - $100,400.00 per year

Compensation for this position will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may vary outside the stated range.
