Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling guest inquiries and requests, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing a positive first impression of the hotel.
  • Check guests in and out, handling room assignments, key cards, and other guest requests.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain the front desk area, including the lobby, reception area, and guest rooms.
  • Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and balance the front desk cash drawer.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless guest service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Previous hotel experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
