Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Department Manager. This role involves supervising and coordinating the activities of clinical staff, developing and implementing patient care plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of clinical staff, including registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, and certified nursing assistants.
- Develop and implement patient care plans that meet the individual needs of each patient.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including The Joint Commission and CMS standards.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient charts and incident reports.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
- Education:
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.

Estimated Salary Range
$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
