Senior Clinical Trial Design and Development Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior/Clinical Development Manager to support our innovative molecular therapeutics efforts in oncology and personalized medicine.

This role combines scientific expertise in clinical trials with robust program management skills to drive the development and execution of our clinical studies, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Clinical Trial Design and Oversight:
    • Design clinical trial protocols that meet scientific standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Oversight of clinical trials implementation, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
    • Collaboration with biostatisticians for appropriate data analysis methodologies.
    • Monitoring trial progress, analyzing interim results, and preparing reports for regulatory submissions.
  • Program Management:
    • Developing comprehensive program plans covering all aspects of the clinical trial lifecycle from inception through completion.
    • Cross-functional team coordination across clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and other departments to ensure effective execution.
    • Timely delivery of project milestones, budget management, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and practices throughout clinical trial activities.
    • Support for regulatory submissions and interactions, staying updated on changes in regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess an advanced degree in life sciences or a related field, preferably with Ph.D. experience in clinical trial design and management, particularly in oncology or personalized medicine. Strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and analytical problem-solving skills are essential.

Salary Range

$114,700–$164,900 USD annually, depending on qualifications, experience, and location.
