Oncology Department Manager

As a Surgical Oncology Nurse Manager at St. David's South Austin Medical Center, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the oncology department and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Create a superior clinical identity by implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to standards of care and support efforts to reduce variation in clinical practice.
- Foster a culture of accountability and transparency in the provision of care.
- Maintain equipment maintenance according to regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support
- Registered Nurse
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
- 1+ year of experience in healthcare required
