Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee compliance and quality management within our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage SAP PAM NC processes effectively.
  • Analyze non-conformities (NC, eTLB, eQLB, Concession, etc.) and their technical specifications.
  • Prioritize and assess non-conformities efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the OSS Team to establish priorities and technical solutions for NCs and missing components.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables from suppliers and hold them accountable for their support activities.
  • Initiate root cause analyses and implement corrective measures as necessary.
  • Maintain clear communication with the Delivery Center through regular reports and participation in operational meetings as needed.
  • Uphold quality standards in processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in non-conformity management and work oversight.
  • Exceptional relationship-building capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills coupled with problem-solving expertise.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, both internally and externally.
  • Familiarity with standard business and quality practices.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of SAP PAM is advantageous.
  • Ability to navigate various facilities within the organization.
