Are you enthusiastic about the aviation industry and possess expertise in aircraft structure maintenance and manufacturing? We are looking for skilled professionals to become part of our team as Aircraft Quality Assurance Specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Return to Service process and authorize aircraft for return in compliance with applicable regulations as designated by the repair station accountable manager.
  • Upon aircraft arrival, gather necessary documentation, inventory, and secure all relevant aircraft records.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft, engines, components, precision tools, and other materials in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Evaluate aircraft maintenance and in-process inspections for repairs and modifications executed by Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to confirm and/or endorse corrective measures.
  • Inspect all new, repaired, and refurbished parts/components upon receipt for signs of physical damage, count, and conformity.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all work packages (orders and forms) as well as records of arrival (debrief checklist) and maintenance actions performed, including specialized customer forms.
  • Research aircraft schematics and technical data as necessary.
  • Perform walk-around inspections of aircraft prior to maintenance release when required.
  • Assist clients as needed.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Bombardier experience or 3-5 years of experience with business jets (commercial experience only)
  • At least 10 years of overall experience in the field

  • A&P certification required
  • Ability to utilize various measuring and basic hand tools to interpret and operate testing equipment.
