Job Title: Account Executive Officer, Commercial Accounts

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring profitability and growth.
  • Underwrite and negotiate complex customer accounts to minimize risk and maximize profitability.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal partners to develop sales plans and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Foster relationships with external partners, including agents and brokers, to market and sell Travelers products.
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities using consultative marketing and sales skills.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Four to six years of relevant underwriting experience in commercial lines.
  • Deep knowledge of commercial lines products, regulatory environment, and local insurance market.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with ability to analyze information and make timely decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate in difficult situations.
