Job Title: Account Executive Officer, Commercial Accounts

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring profitability and growth.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to identify new business opportunities and cross-selling potential.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal partners and external agents to drive sales and retention.
  • Provide expert underwriting and risk assessment services to customers, ensuring accurate and timely decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director to develop regional sales plans and strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 6-8 years of commercial underwriting experience, with a strong understanding of commercial lines products and the regulatory environment.
  • Excellent critical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate complex deals.
  • CPCU designation a plus.
