Account Executive Officer, Commercial Accounts Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring profitability and growth.
- Develop and execute sales plans to identify new business opportunities and cross-selling potential.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal partners and external agents to drive sales and retention.
- Provide expert underwriting and risk assessment services to customers, ensuring accurate and timely decisions.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director to develop regional sales plans and strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 6-8 years of commercial underwriting experience, with a strong understanding of commercial lines products and the regulatory environment.
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate complex deals.
- CPCU designation a plus.
