Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests, ensuring that every interaction is friendly and professional.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, providing tailored suggestions and recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Handle all guest transactions efficiently and effectively, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform a variety of tasks as instructed by the Manager-on-Duty or General Manager, including delivering product and assisting with food preparation and presentation.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared, handled, and stored according to all required food safety code standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality products.
  • Adapt to a flexible schedule and work in multiple regional locations as needed.

Requirements:

  • One year of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to safely utilize all bakery equipment and lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching overhead.
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time.
