Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests, ensuring that every interaction is friendly and professional.
- Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, providing tailored suggestions and recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Handle all guest transactions efficiently and effectively, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform a variety of tasks as instructed by the Manager-on-Duty or General Manager, including delivering product and assisting with food preparation and presentation.
- Ensure that all food is prepared, handled, and stored according to all required food safety code standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality products.
- Adapt to a flexible schedule and work in multiple regional locations as needed.
Requirements:
- One year of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to safely utilize all bakery equipment and lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching overhead.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time.
Language: English (en-US)
