Scheduling Details:
- No 12-hour shifts
- Part-time/Full-time weekday shifts from 5:30 AM to approximately 1 PM
- Part-time/Full-time weekend shifts from 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM (overtime pay at 1.5x on weekends and holidays)
- Full-time requires five shifts per week, including weekend rotation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Consistent attendance is essential
- Administer medications (Methadone/Suboxone/Vivitrol)
- Deliver medications to patients at partner locations (company vehicle provided)
- Conduct vital signs, medical assessments, and blood draws
- Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team and community partners
- Adhere to all HIPAA and CFR42 regulations
- Provide a respectful, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for patients
- Perform additional duties as assigned by program supervisors.

Required Qualifications:
- Active and unblemished Utah Registered Nurse License (RNAs & LPNs are also welcome to apply but should anticipate a different pay scale)
- Ability to pass and maintain a BCI Clearance Check
- Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset
- High level of professionalism
- Eagerness to learn best practices in patient care
- Interest in serving vulnerable populations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel is required; G-Suite experience is a plus.
- Project Reality maintains a drug-free workplace
- Candidates must pass a drug screening test
- If in recovery, a minimum of two years of continuous sobriety is required.
