As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a qualified Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to join our Sales team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and managing business development initiatives for both new and existing healthcare clients.

Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should possess agency experience with both global and domestic accounts and demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams within the organization and the network.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while organically expanding existing accounts through exceptional account management.
  • Leading growth initiatives within key domestic and international healthcare clients.
  • Proposing innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
  • Managing the pitch process collaboratively across teams, overseeing strategic and daily management of various internal and external projects.
  • Setting and directing the pitch workflow, including scheduling and leading meetings.
  • Positioning M3 Global Research's capabilities favorably for significant client opportunities and managing crucial business development pitches.
  • Developing, crafting, and executing compelling RFI/RFP presentations that showcase M3 Global Research's capabilities, resources, and services to potential business partners.
  • Providing accurate forecasting and reporting to maintain budgetary and goal accuracy.
  • Performing administrative tasks associated with the sales process.
  • Overseeing the final pitch response, including proposals, pricing, and presentations, while collaborating with strategy and marketing teams to coordinate medical briefings, audience research, interviews, and testing.
  • Utilizing forecasting and business analytical skills to capitalize on opportunities and enhance relationships.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 8-10 years of experience in advertising, with at least 5 years focused on selling online solutions to the pharmaceutical sector.
  • A proven track record of securing new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with brand managers and their agencies.
  • The ability to analyze, develop, and manage business strategies, plans, and cases effectively.
  • Prior experience leading new business pitches in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage with senior clients.
