Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team in Colorado Springs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with branches to ensure seamless execution of customer-facing initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with local and national account standards, reviewing corporate compliance reporting as needed
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve sales performance and profitability
  • Coordinate efforts to enhance customer experience and retention at the point of sale
  • Build retail pricing opportunities and encourage repeat sales, introducing new products to increase revenue
  • Drive compliance to merchandising standards, assessing performance by location through audit reports
  • Perform the job functions of the Route Driver position, including driving a company vehicle over an established route to deliver products and services
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3 years driving experience required, with a valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license and good driving record
  • Preferred 1-2 years' experience in a customer service position or related experience
  • Route management, retail, and merchandising experience preferred
  • Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment
  • Food and beverage experience
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Must be able to travel to client sites
  • Must be passionate about providing world-class service to our clients and customers
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis
