Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Manage storage facilities, including conducting daily inspections, auditing cash drawers, and making bank deposits
* Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
* Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris

Requirements:

* 1+ year of experience in a customer service or sales environment
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
