We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Consultant to join our team at Adam & Son Auto Repair and Service. As a Service Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have a positive and honest experience with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and educate guests throughout their service/repair experience.
  • Collaborate with technicians to address guest concerns and ensure seamless communication.
  • Create estimates based on inspection reports and technician feedback.
  • Develop strong relationships with guests to improve communication and build trust.
  • Order parts and manage day-to-day shop tasks with the Service Consultant Assistant.
  • Maintain a clean work area and create a welcoming environment in the lobby.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
