Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize NielsenIQ and Mars tools, including retail measurement and consumer panel data, to provide impactful analyses that align with client business challenges.
  • Work in tandem with client delivery teams on analytic briefs, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities by engaging with experts across NielsenIQ's consulting teams, designing tailored solutions as needed.
  • Engage consultatively and creatively with both clients and NielsenIQ teams, offering insights and recommendations that challenge conventional thinking.
  • Participate in occasional business travel to attend essential client meetings and workshops.
  • As a key member of the Mars Global Analytics team, mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances both client and NielsenIQ objectives.
  • Contribute to the broader client success community, driving thought leadership and best practices across teams managing major consumer goods brands.

Qualifications:

About You:
You possess a strong capability in managing large data sets and translating them into compelling narratives. You are confident in providing insights and recommendations, backed by robust data and research.

Your strategic thinking encompasses both global and regional trends, with an understanding of their impact on consumer behavior across various categories and markets. You thrive in dynamic environments, driven by curiosity, communication, and critical thinking.

Essential Qualifications:

  • College or University Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an FMCG analytics setting, specializing in data analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with Syndicated POS Data, Homescan Panel Data, and/or Numerator.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with key BI tools is advantageous.
  • Engaging personality with a commitment to diversity, capable of building connections across diverse backgrounds.
  • Recent experience in client management with a commercial mindset to navigate key stakeholder relationships.
  • A proactive approach to understanding client needs and identifying opportunities for strategic partnerships.

Location:
This role is hybrid, offering the flexibility to work on-site at the client's global headquarters or remotely from NielsenIQ offices.
