Angelo Payroll Partnership is seeking a dedicated and trustworthy Landscape Maintenance Specialist to enhance our vibrant team.
As a reputable Property Management firm, we take pride in maintaining our properties to the highest standards. Currently, we have an opportunity within our Landscape Division.
The ideal candidate will be a reliable and responsible individual, ready to work alongside a crew of five in executing a weekly mowing and trimming schedule.
Work Schedule: 40-45 hours per week, Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday. This is a full-time position from March to October, with potential hour reductions during the off-season based on operational needs.

- Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance fully covered for the employee, with options for additional dependent coverage at their own expense. Eligibility for enrollment begins the first month after hire.

- Paid Time Off (PTO) accrued based on hours worked.
The responsibilities for this role encompass, but are not limited to:
- Operating power equipment, including:
- Push mower
- Stand-on or ride-on mower
- String trimmer
- Stick edger
- Push edger
- Hedge shears
- Pole pruner
- Chainsaw
- Utilizing hand tools such as:
- Hedge shears
- Loppers
- Hand pruner
- Hand saw
- Adhering to the crew schedule and traveling to designated properties in a company vehicle.
- Reporting any irrigation damages, equipment issues, or other concerns to the Crew Lead.
- Complying with company policies, including the Accident Prevention Program.
- Wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and following safety protocols.

Compensation: $17 per hour
