Angelo Payroll Partnership is seeking a dedicated and trustworthy Landscape Maintenance Specialist to enhance our vibrant team.

As a reputable Property Management firm, we take pride in maintaining our properties to the highest standards. Currently, we have an opportunity within our Landscape Division.

The ideal candidate will be a reliable and responsible individual, ready to work alongside a crew of five in executing a weekly mowing and trimming schedule.

Work Schedule: 40-45 hours per week, Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday. This is a full-time position from March to October, with potential hour reductions during the off-season based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

The responsibilities for this role encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Operating power equipment, including:
    • Push mower
    • Stand-on or ride-on mower
    • String trimmer
    • Stick edger
    • Push edger
    • Hedge shears
    • Pole pruner
    • Chainsaw
  • Utilizing hand tools such as:
    • Hedge shears
    • Loppers
    • Hand pruner
    • Hand saw
  • Adhering to the crew schedule and traveling to designated properties in a company vehicle.
  • Reporting any irrigation damages, equipment issues, or other concerns to the Crew Lead.
  • Complying with company policies, including the Accident Prevention Program.
  • Wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and following safety protocols.

Compensation: $17 per hour
