- Customer Experience: Our clientele is at the forefront of innovation, and it is your duty to surpass their expectations of a premier service experience. You will actively engage with customers, monitor service trends, and implement improvements to enhance the overall repair experience.
- Team Leadership: As an Area Manager, you will break down barriers and fully commit to your team's success. Your leadership will establish a culture of open communication, problem-solving, and positivity, while you mentor and develop the next generation of collision experts.
- Operational Excellence: You will take ownership of your area’s performance, driving continuous enhancements to optimize team productivity and customer satisfaction. Partnering with operational teams, you will champion safety, quality, and efficiency across multiple sites.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the strategic vision and business plan for your area, assessing resource requirements and identifying opportunities for new service locations.
- Financial Acumen: You will be responsible for understanding the financial metrics of your operations, leading daily activities to meet quality, productivity, and profitability goals.
Qualifications
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Proven leadership experience in the collision repair or related sectors.
- Experience managing diverse teams and remote operations.
- Strong operational background with a focus on customer service.
- Technical knowledge of collision repair processes and systems.
