Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Collision Repair Specialist to join our Tactical Response Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing complex collision repairs on our cutting-edge vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow proper repair procedures and perform all tasks according to factory specifications
  • Use advanced frame equipment for measuring and installing structural components
  • Glue, rivet, and weld structural components
  • Repair exterior cosmetic panels with metal finishing and body filler
  • Remove and replace all parts associated with collision repair, including body, mechanical, electrical, and trim components
  • Perform steel and aluminum welding operations: MIG / MAG / STRSW / Dent Pullers
  • Operate and maintain a wide variety of hand power tools and shop tools
  • Read and comprehend automotive repair procedures
  • Adhere to all regulatory compliance guidelines for hazardous waste disposal
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and organized work area
  • Comply with safety rules, guidelines, and standards
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Collision Repair Technician
  • 75% of the year travel minimum, 3 consecutive week capability, and ability to travel with your own tools
  • Capable of seamlessly integrating with multiple different teams on a wide variety of different technical repairs and processes
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and to work independently in limited supervision environments
  • Willingness to work overtime if required
  • Vocational Certificate in Collision Repair and Tesla experience, preferred
