We seek full-time individuals committed to personal and professional growth. This role is crucial for the advancement of Breuckelen Athletic, requiring someone who can take initiative, solve problems, and deliver exceptional customer service. The position entails ensuring a seamless experience for our members while maintaining smooth daily operations and upholding high facility standards. We value team members who are adaptable and willing to contribute to all aspects of our gym's success. Preference will be given to candidates available during late mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome every member and guest with enthusiasm and warmth.
- Conduct tours for prospective members with the aim of securing memberships.
- Address all inquiries in a professional and engaging manner.
- Implement all opening and closing procedures to guarantee smooth club operations.
- Actively maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
- Assist members in scheduling introductory sessions with our coaches.
- Support administrative tasks, including email inquiries and potential marketing efforts.
- Ensure consistent and punctual attendance.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Friendly, energetic, and personable demeanor.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to lift and move gym equipment weighing 15-20 lbs frequently and 45 lbs occasionally.
- Capable of remaining stationary at the front desk for extended periods.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Proactive, able to multitask, and a natural problem solver.
- Passion for the Breuckelen Athletic mission.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in hospitality, operations, or digital marketing is advantageous but not essential.
