Position Overview:
This role involves engaging with customers and ensuring their satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate various equipment efficiently.
2. Manage inventory by stocking ingredients from delivery to storage areas.
3. Prepare food products according to established standards.
4. Handle incoming telephone orders and process them accurately.
5. Conduct inventory checks and maintain related documentation.
6. Regularly clean and maintain equipment and work areas.

Training:
Comprehensive orientation and on-the-job training will be provided.

Communication Skills:
Must possess the ability to understand and provide clear written instructions. Effective verbal communication with customers and colleagues is essential for processing orders both via phone and in person.

Essential Skills:
1. Proficiency in basic arithmetic operations.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Coordination skills for precise tasks.
4. Competence in using computers for order entry.

Work Environment:
Exposure to various weather conditions while performing tasks outside. In-store temperatures may vary significantly. Potential exposure to food odors and dust.

Physical Requirements:
1. Majority of tasks are performed while standing.
2. Occasional walking and lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
3. Ability to carry items and navigate stairs as needed.

Tools and Equipment:
Use of standard office and kitchen equipment, including computers and telephones.
