Job SummaryWe're seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Bastion. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy that drives brand awareness, generates leads, and nurtures potential customers through the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities- Lead broader marketing campaigns, integrating content marketing, event marketing, and demand generation into a cohesive strategy.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Develop and execute an event marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and convert warm leads into the sales funnel.
- Integrate SEO/SEM best practices into content creation to enhance digital presence and track performance using analytics tools.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy to enhance Bastion's visibility and reputation in the Web3 industry.
- Extensive experience in brand marketing, event marketing, and performance marketing, particularly in the enterprise tech, Web3, and financial services sectors.
- Proven track record in leading content-driven campaigns and GTM strategies.
- Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing teams and external contributors.
- Strong editing, writing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM and using analytics to drive content strategy.
