Job Description

Ace Industries, Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Operations Support Coordinator to join our team in providing exceptional support to our operations department.

This role will involve collaborating with Ace technicians and other team members on customer work requests, evaluating and making recommendations regarding required repairs or inspections, and maintaining rapport with customers by examining work requests, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques.

We offer a competitive salary of $18-$23 per hour, 45 hours per week, with overtime available on an as-needed basis.

As an Operations Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing reports for grammar errors, regulation accuracy, and other crucial information, researching inspections via computer application, and renewing recurring inspections.

You will also confirm completion of service work and invoice jobs, perform HR, safety, and fleet administration duties, and maintain professional presentation, timeliness, appearance, and organization in all areas.
