Job Overview

Accounting/Administrative Coordinator

Position Summary:


• In this role, you will provide essential support to the Technical Support Manager and Office Manager within a dynamic and collaborative setting.


• Your responsibilities will include various tasks as assigned, with a focus on project-related activities to assist the Automation division.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage Machine Inventory


• Reconcile Machine General Ledger


• Submit Machines for Financial Approval


• Organize UCC Filings


• Address all inquiries related to Automation Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Invoices.


• Review and monitor all Miscellaneous Invoice submissions:


• Oversee machine contracts


• Assist with compliance related to Avetta


• Support Service Scheduling activities

Qualifications for Success:


• Capability to navigate a warehouse and maintain standing positions for extended periods.


Preferred: Associate's Degree in Accounting


Minimum of 5 years in accounting and administrative support, with experience in customer service and sales support, ideally within a manufacturing context.


• Strong skills in accounting, interpersonal relations, and customer service.


• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.


• Proven track record of effective problem-solving.


• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various functions.


• Proficient in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.


• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey messages clearly to both customers and colleagues.
