  • Creating Purchase Orders for overhead cost centers and brand development initiatives
  • Processing supplier invoices (Goods Receipts) within the financial system
  • Managing reports on blocked invoices and resolving payment discrepancies
  • Providing vendor technical assistance in the use of financial systems
  • Coordinating new vendor registrations with the necessary financial systems and suppliers
  • Delivering analytical support for all budget reporting needs
  • Preparing journal entries for accruals and cost reallocations
  • Offering insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiencies and minimize errors
