Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating Purchase Orders for overhead cost centers and brand initiatives
  • Processing supplier invoices through the procurement system
  • Managing blocked invoice reports and addressing payment discrepancies
  • Providing vendor technical assistance with financial systems
  • Coordinating new vendor registrations with internal systems and suppliers
  • Delivering analytical support for all budget reporting needs
  • Generating journal entries for accruals and cost reallocations
  • Conducting analysis, providing insights, and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiencies and minimize errors
